Pub Run

3 social runs to choose from each week in Carrboro or Durham!

Monday Night Run
Where:
  Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro  (Post-Run gathering at Armadillo Grill)
When: Every Monday  - 6:30 PM
What:  3 mile, 4 mile and 5 mile routes will be provided. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!  We invite all runners and walkers from various clubs and teams to come out for a fun time running and socializing.  There will be suggested routes, but feel free to make your own modifications to the routes so the run works best for you!  Be The Movement.

Wednesday Night Run
Where:
  Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro (Post-Run gathering at Tyler's Taproom)
When: Every Wednesday Night  - 6:30 PM
What:  3 mile, 4 mile and 5 mile routes will be provided. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!  We invite all runners and walkers from various clubs and teams to come out for a fun time running and socializing.  There will be suggested routes, but feel free to make your own modifications to the routes to the run works best for you!  Be The Movement.

Thursday Night Run- Check out July 17th's
Where:
  Fleet Feet Sports Durham (Post-Run gathering at Buffalo Wild Wings)
When:Every Third Thursday Night  - 6:30 PM (May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18)
What:  3 mile, 4 mile and 5 mile routes will be provided. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!  We invite all runners and walkers from various clubs and teams to come out for a fun time running and socializing.  There will be suggested routes, but feel free to make your own modifications to the routes so the run works best for you!  Be The Movement.

All social runs are at your own risk.  For your safety, it is recommended that you follow the See and Be Seen strategy.  (Wear reflectivity accessories/apparel, and use a headlamp or carry a light).  You are expected to be courteous and share the sidewalk with others not running with the group.  You are expected to follow the rules of the road, and obey all traffic signals, signs, etc.
