Monday Night Run
Where:
 
Starts At: Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro (310 E. Main Street, Suite 120, Carrboro, NC 27510)
Ends Next Door At: Yester Years Brewery (300 E. Main Street Suite C, Carrboro, NC 27510)
When: Every Monday  - Run starts at 6:30 PM - Please arrive around 5-10 minutes before the run for announcements 
What:  3 mile, 4 mile and 5 mile routes will be provided. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!  We invite all runners and walkers from various clubs and teams to come out for a fun time running and socializing.  There will be suggested routes, but feel free to make your own modifications to the routes so the run works best for you!


Wednesday Night Run
Where:
 
Starts At: Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro (310 E. Main Street, Suite 120, Carrboro, NC 27510)
Ends Next Door At: Yester Years Brewery (300 E. Main Street Suite C, Carrboro, NC 27510) 
When: Every Wednesday Night  - Run starts at 6:30 PM - Please arrive around 5-10 minutes before the run for announcements  
What: 3 mile, 4 mile and 5 mile routes will be provided. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!  We invite all runners and walkers from various clubs and teams to come out for a fun time running and socializing.  There will be suggested routes, but feel free to make your own modifications to the routes to the run works best for you!
Bonus: Wednesday Trivia Night at 8:00 PM at Yester Years Brewery after the run. 

All social runs are at your own risk.  For your safety, it is recommended that you follow the See and Be Seen strategy.  (Wear reflectivity accessories/apparel, and use a headlamp or carry a light).  You are expected to be courteous and share the sidewalk with others not running with the group.  You are expected to follow the rules of the road, and obey all traffic signals, signs, etc.
