The Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 19-20 week program which meets twice a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.
Included with registration into the program participants can expect a technical T-shirt and lots of prizes/giveaways throughout the season. A point system will award the most active participants with even more!
Our current season is underway, and the next season will be starting in the summer of 2011!
