Join a Running or Walking Group With Us
Running takes dedication—but you don’t have to do it alone. Plug in to one of our local training groups or weekly fun runs to find a community of runners and walkers with the same goals as you.
Spring 2020 Training Groups -
- PR Project 2020 (year-round) - Introducing the PR Project, a training group dedicated to bringing out the best in each of us, through weekly workouts, coached runs, and year round training. You'll receive a custom training plan and workouts geared towards your race of choice. Our Coaches will guide you towards being the best athlete you can be. Option to sign up for 14 weeks or 24 weeks, and you can register anytime.
- Spring Distance Training Program - Train with us for a Marathon, Half Marathon and/or the Tar Heel 10 Miler! Join this group to train for a Spring Distance race of your choice - for 14 weeks you'll receive informative training emails, two coached workouts, mapped-out long runs, and a thorough training plan focused on getting you to the start line of your race happy and healthy! Open to all paces and we do offer run/walk interval groups. Ends April 18th, 2020.
- Beginner 5K + 4 Mile Training Program - This program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! Ends April 18th, 2020.
- Make it a Mile Training Program - This is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the four weeks, you'll be mentally and physically able to complete one mile. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace. Starts March 24th, 2020.
- Mini-Milers Youth Running Program - The goal of Mini Milers is to promote the activity of running through fun, dynamic running-related games and exercises. We want to help your children increase their respective levels of endurance by working up to a consistent regimen of running by the end of the program. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate with their children! Ages 4 to 10 years old. Starts April 21st, 2020.

- Wednesday Nights - Year Round - Fleet Feet x Vecino Brewing Pub Run
- Time: Registration and Check In starting at 6:00pm, Run starting at 6:30pm

- Routes: 3 miles or 5 miles

- Thursday Evenings - Year Round - Fleet Feet x RTP Run Club
- Time: 5:30 pm
- Location: The Frontier, RTP - Durham

- Time: Registration and Check In starting at 6:00pm, Run starting at 6:30pm

- Routes: 3 Miles or 5 Miles

Women's Run Club -
Come run with women of all paces and abilities and find your strong. We meet up on the first Friday of every month at 6:00pm at the Fleet Feet Carrboro location. Registration and Check-In begins at 6:00pm, the run starts at 6:30pm, any special events will start shortly after the run, ~7:30pm. We have a 3 mile and a 5 mile route, but you can run however far you please. Learn more here.
