Meet at Fleet Feet Durham at 6pm

Hills + Speed Ladders!

Up and over Bunny Hill - on the long side. But this time we'll do it based on time, not distance! Each little "sprint" will be timed, you go at your hard pace! We'll start and finish as a group! The time will look like:

15 seconds sprint (recovery) + 30 seconds sprint (recovery) + 45 seconds sprint (recovery) + 30 seconds sprint (recovery) + 15 seconds sprint 

Four Mile Group - REPEAT 2 TIMES

10 Mile Group - REPEAT 3 TIMES
