Walk FIT Program


The next season of WalkFIT will be start Spring 2015!  We are inviting people who want to be walkers but are starting with NOTHING, people who only run when chased, people who are always beset by injury, people who think those running folks are crazy and people who are 10% curious what this is all about to join us!  The WalkFIT program caters to walkers of all levels, abilities, sizes and types to partake in a structured program with the camaraderie and the support to help you cross the finish line of a 5K.

This will be a judgement free, safe, welcoming and supportive environment which allows the participants to explore fitness without pressure or feeling alone.
